Interior shop recommendations? Southwest area

Postby mcgoughman » Mon Dec 05, 2016 1:52 am

Im based at Long Beach in So Cal. Taking 45P to Wickenberg AZ for paint in the next few weeks and want to follow up the paint with a new interior. Could anyone recommend an interior shop? Im considering a DIY Airtex leather option but would like to get quotes from a recommended shop if anyone has experience. I have a couple of quotes but they are 10-12 AMU.... Thanks!

Around 2000 my aircraft was taken to Powell Interiors in Prescott for an interior.
16 years later it is in excellent condition and the styling, I feel, still looks modern.
I have spoke briefly to them about doing some minor updates as they still remember the aircraft.
If you contact me with your email, I would be happy to forward a couple of pictures of their work.

I used Aviations Creations from Scottsdale, AZ. Ron Matta was the best and the DIY process was easy, the products were superb. He also does in shop install and sound proofing. I would give him a call, you can actually see my interior on his site at least to explore more options.
