400 drivers looking to put gami's on my IO-720 and was wondering if anybody had feedback on if they felt it was a worthwhile investment and did they improve their spreads on the egt's/cht's

Hi Chris. I put Gami's on my 400 several years ago. The temp spread is still pretty high (100 degrees from highest to lowest). You could probably get the same result by swapping around the factory injectors between the cylinders, or by using other factory injectors if available.

As a side note, Gami will work with you to narrow down the spread by exchanging injectors shortly after you purchase them. If you make it to Sun n Fun, stop by their booth to discuss.

The temp spread isn't really the issue. Do all cylinders reach peak EGT at the same time as you lean? The absolute number isn't what's important but rather if all 8 cylinders are peaking simultaneously regardless of what the numbers actually are. Are you able to answer that?

Thanks
