Air Intake Scoop

I was looking at getting a new air intake scoop for my PA-24 N5611P. Mine is square and PlanePlastics carries only the PMA'ed round kind. I guess it takes a different air filter. Can the scoops be swapped? what else is involved?

Knots 2 U carries the square style intake.
