Could anyone with a factory turbo give me an idea of:
- hours of service they've had on their exhaust components
- areas to inspect for heat fatigue or cracks
- other gerneal problems they have had over time(scavange pumps, intake box, etc.)
I'm especially interested in 260 C guys, but I imagine heat and fatique issues to be approximate in other singles with the Rajay kit, and perhaps to a lesser degree in twins.
Problem areas I'm assuming:
- Wastegate butterflies and waste tube bodies
- 2000 hours for mufflers
- 1000 hours per turbo
I'm also assuming tailpipes, clamps/intermediate pieces fair better.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
