So the final solution was to simply charge the battery! After cycling the gear numerous times, it just didn't have enough amps to give the gear that final little bit of movement. I discovered this after removing the seats, carpet, gear motor access cover, confirming the up limit switch operation, and disconnecting the gear doors to confirm that everything was fully retracted. I adjusted the switch slightly until the up light lit, then cycled the gear a few more times. That's when I realized the battery was seriously weakening. Charged it and returned the switch to its original position and all was well. Atleast until I reconnected the gear door pull rods on the wrong side of the brackets and promptly snapped top rod ends. I'm really disgusted with myself, but the gear works great and the harness kit from Comanche Gear was excellent! Now to order some new rod ends.........
