Kevin,
Do you need ailierons or is what you have something that can be rebuilt? If you have some issues that reskinning etc. would cure, contact Williams Airmotive in Kendalville, IN and ask them what they can do. They have jigs for just about every control surface, wing and sabilizer for the GA fleet.
