Inboard brakes

What is involved in switching the brakes to the inboard side of the landing gear ? Is it legal, any speed gains, or just a pain in the neck, plane is a 63 250.

Edward,

Yes, it's legal. Yes, it will go slightly faster but only if you have the hub caps installed. No, it's not a pain in the neck. It can be done in about 4-5 hours.

The first thing to do is call Hans and ask him for the paperwork. Next, get ahold of the FAA and have approve the paperwork. Last, do the job.
