chris,
The little FBO that I fly into in Florida has a Twinkie that they are using for Multi and ATP training. I'm hoping to have the opportunity to knock out my commercial and multi rating there if I can swing it somehow... (Just one more thing eh?...)

Hey chris, why beat yourself up? Take it 1 step at a time, go get the commercial, multi at the fbo, fly the twinco, and then decide.
If flying is a business, then it is a no brainer? Dependable, stable, reliable, redundancy, fast, economical twin,,,i could go on.
try it, u might like it.

Chris,

If you decide to pursue flying the FL Twin, you might want to ask about the instructor's credentials. Have they done any ICS training? How did they learn to fly the Twin?

If you plan to participate in the Spring Clfiton fly-in, you might meet Larry Larkin who has retired from teaching and was essentially the predecessor to Zach Grant's training ... not trying to say they are the same .... just trying to connect the dots from past to present Comanche educators.
