Hi Kevin,
Whichever way you decide to go, suggest you do the headliner and window plastic as well. I didn't when the interior was done and it is like painting the ceiling and the walls look dingy and then painting the walls and the floors look old etc.
Knowing how you like to keep things clean, thought I'd at least pass along these suggestions. The shop that did mine had the key guy get Parkinsons so it has closed or I would have recommended it. I personally would not have the patience to do all the detail work but if you do it yourself, you get to make all the decisions you want like whether to put the carpet back under the rails or not. Oh, the floor carpet in the Twin was attached by gluing the velcro on the floor and sewing it on the carpet - very nice for annual removal and replacement. He also put in side pockets and made a matching container to act as a movable box that sits on the floor. It keeps our Zach CPPP emergency booklet, iPad, water bottles etc.
Hope this helps a bit.
