Carb Temp on 180

Hi,

I just installed a carb temp gauge on my 180 and was testing it. I was full throttle at 4500msl, 24 squared and the ambient was 11C. My carb temp full cold was 24F. When I went full hot the temp increased to 52F. I was expecting more. I'm wondering if these results are normal, or if it should be warmer and I should be checking things?
