flap cable Pa-39

[Torquil]

My maintenance shop can not appear to source a flap cable for my Pa-39. Aviall no longer have any stock.
Any suggestions. Is getting a cable made the only option?

Haven't bought one for my 39 yet but if you have the part number, you might try googling it or if you go to the Home page on this website and scroll down - just below the rolling eyeballs on the right column is a place to click for finding parts. All of these have helped me in the past. Also check the buy/sell section for aircraft being parted out.

FYI,

Try a company called Cable Craft, there is a division in Southern California. I don't know the city. You would probably have to do it as an owner produced part. But it's an idea.
