Kris,
I read your post and I'm laughing as in 'no way' can this be better than the elbow grease, lots of soapy water and a nylon net sponge approach.
I'm here to say "Way!"
Took two used dryer sheets with me this morning and aside from the wind trying to take them fast and far away from me when I dropped them, they worked GREAT.
Thanks for this fabulous new and easier way of getting the bugs off that my husband puts on the plane ... I have perfected the bug-avoidance flying technique so I know all the bugs on the Twin were put there by him. LOL
BTW he agrees - he sweeps the hangar while I wash the plane so I had him try it. He too was impressed. I plan to save all the used dryer sheets now and I'll likely whip stitch a few together to make them easier to hold onto. It is good TV brain candy watching activity.
Do you have any other ideas on making them easier to hang onto?
