Definitely buy the turbos already installed. That will save a bunch. I know where to get a set of parts for the alky props, and I am working with another twin owner who is attempting to get a field approval for hot props. BTW, Twinkies handle ice pretty well. I have little doubt that with the addition of an ice light and a heated stall warning vane that a deiced Twinkie would pass FIKI certification. Not that anyone is going to spend half a millionn doing so, but I am just saying. I would much rather ice a Twinkie than an old Baron or 310. The only light twin that handles ice better, IMO, is the Aztec.
