Anywhere Map/ Control Vision

Hello Everyone

Does anyone have current information as to the present status of Anywhere Map? It is owned by Control Vision, Pittsburg, Ks. Currently, they don't answer phone calls and email requests to them are returned. Is there another contact for them?

I have used their tablet for many years and much prefer it to Fore Flight for my purposes. Since I have a new Ipad Air with all the bells and whistles, I wondered if Anywhere Map could be installed on it. Since they don't respond, I thought I'd try the next best thing, The Comanche Maintenance Forum.

Another issue along this line. The Anywhere Map is set up so XM WX is blue toothed to the tablet on the yoke from the avionics bay behind the aft bulkhead, therefore no wires or external antennas. Is there a way to use the same equipment in the avionics bay to blue tooth XM WX to the ForeFlight app on the Ipad?

Hi Bob,

We use ForeFlight but a friend of ours used to be sponsored in air races when AnyWhere was new and if he still uses it, he may have a contact.
He is at Hicks.
