Aileron Trim

Hi All,

I have a fixed trim tab on each aileron and to achieve a neutral trim condition the right aileron trim tab is bent down and the left is bent up. The amount of deflection of these tabs is a little more than I would have expected.

My question is; is this fairly normal throughout the (-180) fleet or is this a symptom of poor rigging?
