During a take off last week , i started to raise the gear and lost everything electrical, put the gear selector back to down position and it all came back. Any suggestions?

Don't raise the gear. Sorry, couldn't resist.
Some years ago the pilot of a Comanche 260B (in which I was a co-owner) lowered the gear on down wind and the engine stopped. We and the investigator could not determine the cause. Experienced pilot was a mother with three young children on board. She made the runway, but lost the gear.
