Cleveland wheel for PA24-250

Cleveland wheel for PA24-250

Postby Murray Collette » Wed Jul 18, 2012 3:20 am

I am in need of an Cleveland inner wheel half and matching disc for our PA24-250 that is grounded with a cracked wheel. This can be the original riveted version (Piper p/n 753-157 and 751-672; Cleveland p/n 161-00900 and 159-00100 or 159-00104) or the later bolted version (Piper p/n 753-176 and 754-530; Cleveland p/n 161-01600 and 164-00900) from a PA24-180 or 250.
New discs appear to be available, but new wheels have a long lead time. Alternate solution suggestions are also welcome; I hear there is an upgrade kit available from Cleveland but don't know much about it yet.

Thanks, Murray

I have two good wheels that came off a 250. They use the bolt on brake discs. I think I may still have those also. The wheels do not have bearings installed, but have been refinished and painted white. If you're interested, call me at 585 317 8446, or e-mail me.
