Everglades Airpark X01

I am heading down to the Everglades this weekend. Has anyone been into this airport in their Comanche? Just wondering about the runway ; 2400 feet with water st both ends. I should be about 150- 200 pounds under gross weight on take off in my 250.

No problem in a Comanche. Several places with good food close.
