Comanche Gauges

Comanche Gauges

Postby Kevin Ebsen » Sun Dec 18, 2011 11:49 pm

Thought I would offer up free my old gauges before I pitched them in the trash. All were working when removed except the CHT/EGT and it probably was the probes which I didn't keep. If someone wants them and willing to pay shipping they are yours.

Kevin and Ray,

We could really use the fuel Quanity guage if either of you have no use for it, one of ours is broken. If not, Thanks anyway and have a great Christmas

Andrew: Send me where you want it shipped and I will send it to you and the balance of the gauges to Ray. Unless we hear back from Ray that he needs that particular gauge. He did claim them first.

Ray what say you.

Kevin,
That is very kind and generous of you. Please, Ray is first in line, but if you can, and he dose not need it, I could really use the Fuel Quanity Guage.
You can e-mail me directly at AFMasonry@aol.com and I'll send you the necessary shipping fees. Thanks again.

Andrew the fuel gage is yours. If Kevin has already shipped it to me give me your address and I'll send it on to you. Ray B Oops! Should have kept on reading down the thread further. Kevin send it Andrew and get him in the air with a know quantity of fuel. (Well almost a known quantity considering the accuracy of our old Piper gages) Ray

Thanks Kevin, Checks on the way. Does CR mean Country Road? And if so do you fly off a country strip? Just wondering how well the old Comanches hold up off of dirt and if there are any added maintenance items. Ray B

Ray: CR does stand for county road. I fly the Comanche off of a grass strip. The taxi-way is rough, but the strip isn't bad so far no problems, but less than a year since I bought the 260TC.

Kevin-
What type of upgrades did you complete that lead to you getting rid of all of these gauges?

Kory:
If you look at chat forum, thread: engine monitor you can see pictures. I put in an E. I. mvp-50p which is primary meaning it replaces old gauges. Love it.
