Pre-buy and appraisal in MD?

Regarding a 1965 PA-24-260, would anyone care to suggest a Comanche-knowledgeable pre-buy inspector and appraiser in Maryland or vicinity?

Also, any suggestions for a maintenance shop in central NY or vicinity, same airplane?

I looked around on this web site for an already-compiled list of expert Comanche shops by geographic region. I didn't find such a list. Did I miss it?
