Elactric fuel pumps PA30

Elactric fuel pumps PA30

OK I've been trying to "search" for info but for some reason it comes back as "too common" words for search. Have one starting to pop the breaker and looking for ideas. I know of the Oregon mod and have been leaning that way. Anyone?

Hi Cliff,

Not exactly sure what you're looking for, but you might start with the parts manual on this web site. Figure 38 gives a breakdown with the part numbers. Overhauled replacements are available from various sources. I've tried searches using part numbers with fairly good success. I needed two fuel screens for my annual and found them in Canada at a bargain price by just Goggling the number. Good luck.

I installed the Aviation Innovations mod five years ago when my first boost pump started giving out. I replaced both and haven't had a bit of trouble since.

Hi Kris,

Do you know if Aviation Innovations does anything for the singles? Would 1 of their pumps be sufficient?

Thanks, Don

I don't believe that they do, but Weldon makes pumps large enough to run a 260 as I have seen them in Aztecs and possibly Navajos.

Try Charlie at CJ Aviation in Miami. 888 871-0421. I heard that he was working on a Weldon STC for 260's tp replace the Dukes pumps. He also overhauls dukes pumps.

The "search" was in the search function in this forum I don't seem to be able to get it to work. I was looking for past posts. One "sounds" like it's working on crushing rocks so it's time to find another or overhaul it. I just put in new carpet now it all has to come out again RATS! At least the floor is screwed down and not rivited

Think about putting the carpet down with velcro tape!
