Seat Tracks

Postby Bradley Saltzman » Wed May 25, 2011 11:07 pm

Im looking for a new or as removed set of seat tracks that are good. Mine are pretty well taken over by corrosion. If anybody can tell me where to have new made or where i can find a set, that would be great. Thanks

Bradley:
Seems odd that corrosion would take over your seat tracks as they are typically not in a corrosive environment. ie inside the cabin.
That being said, try the savage yards and the "parting out" ads on the various sites. I have seen them also for sale on ebay. Because they are
not a typical wear out part you should be able to find them.

Good luck,

I had one corroded probably due to a door seal leak with the previous owner and the fact that it was screwed done on top of the carpet which held mosture.....
