Low Airplane Values

Low Airplane Values

Postby Billy Matthews » Tue Jul 27, 2010 10:25 pm

What's the deal with these low ball TwinCo values:

I looked on TradeaPlane as I do from time to time to see what the birds are going for and was disapointed to see what people will sell for. Airplanes are like house, the values are what the owners are willing to sell for, so thanks to all the owners out there that are selling so low. You guys keep lowering the value of the planes that we invest so much money in just to keep them flying.

Thanks

I have been looking at twins lately and am probably going to buy a twinco and the prices are certainly lower now but if it makes you feel any better just look at Baron prices.

Gary

I love mine I have had it for three years it is amazing, it's fast, fly good on one engine and single engine works is not stressing i go up with my instructor from time to time just to practice because it's fun. You can't go wrong with buying a TwinCo

I'm not really that concerned with the prices I beleive that they will go back up it may take a few years but that's okay I'm not looking to sell any time soon.

Don't blame owners for selling low. The prices are a reflection of the economy. :(
