Shoulder Harness for PA-30C

Has anyone recently installed shoulder harnesses in there twinco for the two front seats? I was hoping to find a good recommendation for what to buy and a mechanic familiar with the install in the northeast. As far I can gather through web searches, Kosola may be the only solution right now. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Used Kosola but ending up buying the belts themselves from another manufacturer due to quality issues of retraction. Kosola was great to work with though and helpful every inch of the way.

An interior shop loosened the headliner and put it back without damage - that's saying something as it is original and slightly brittle. The window frame that had to be removed didn't fair so well but they were on the replacement list anyway.
