Just saw your post to Scott & I from January 10th. Sorry for the late response.
To be honest, I am utilizing both avenues in presenting a case to move toward a more technically focussed organization - Tribe Chief and forum discussions. Why not cover all the bases? The only thing that I have not done is send emails directly to the BOD. General thought is that I will wait to see what Kristin's proposal states and voice support in emails to the BOD at that time.
