Jim: As an X F-14/A-4 pilot I'll echo Zach's first point. Finding a NDH airplane is proably next to impossibe. When was the last time you flew a milatary aircraft that was absolutly NDH. I also agree on getting the best airframe you can get. Engines/radios/paint/interior etc can all be re-done. All those things are easy to see and to determine a plus or a negative towards the selling price. I would definetly look at weather the gear AD was done. If not, minus 5G. Look to see if the push rods have been changed out with WEBCO'S setup. If not I would knock off 3G right there. Again an experienced Comanche mechanic or fellow owner can help be your guide. As for David's comment about getting the aircraft for 60 put another 25 into it and you have 95 into it yet its worth about 75. My comment is " So what else is new".
