Hans,

Excellent work. The approach was well thought out. Curious though, did the test aircraft have the new teflon conduits? I am planning to change the conduits in my '65 260 in mid June. The same test procedure should produce good data regarding the benefits of new conduits vs. the originals in my airplane. I have less than 25 hours on a complete gear overhaul per the 1000hr AD so I believe my airplane is as close to "nominal" as you can get.

Would it be possible to borrow the same test apparatus for a before and after comparison of gear/transmission loads relative to new style conduits?

Chris

Hans,

Just wanted to confirm that you were able to send the jack and attachment fixtures. I am hoping to start the project this weekend.

Thanks,

Chris

It's been sitting in my truck. I've been very busy trying to finish a technical report. It will go out today.
