The new owner is Jerry Yates. He's a former FAA guy and corp/charter jet pilot. He's originally from Altus. He is an A&P.

Fred Harper will be the head mechanic and IA. Yes, Fred was with Altus Aircraft through early 2006. He very wisely divorced himself from Altus Aircraft after realizing that he and the then-proprietor were diametrically opposed on little issues like integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Fred's been running Red River Aviation, solo, up at Hobart, OK (KHBR) and doing very nicely.
