Annual Check list

To All: I have seen a check list for owners and or shops to use for annuals where can I get a blank one. A fellow TC owner is having a IA do his annual and this IA has never done a TC before so wants a guide.

John,

Section III of the maintenance manual for the Twin has the inspection periods listed and it is on this website and can be downloaded by any ICS member. I bet the single maintenance manual has one also but until the current project is finished, single maintenance manuals are available via hard copy from several sources.

I don't expect even the Comanche focused shops to know everything so I bring a hardcopy maintenance manual to all planned maintenance appts.

The checklist in the manual is hour-based, i.e. 50, 100, 1000h inspection items. Is the Annual the same as the 100h list or does it include extra items?

100hr inspection is generally considered to be the base line for the annual. If the annual is such that the 500/1000 hr items must be done, then add those items to the checklist.
