Try hot soapy water from the top. Let it sit for a few hours and then come back. Take small diameter flexible plastic tubing and push it down from the top. If this does not move the blockage, set about ten psi on your air compressor and force the air gun into the plastic tubing and apply air pressure while you work the plastic tubing up and down.
Safe and generally effective.
