Hi Nate,
Take a look at this picture of our panel as it is at present. I am sorry the focus isn't all that good. You will see several labels on there. These were done at local sign shop.
We have two aircraft manufacturers based locally and I found a shop who did this sort of work for them.
By the way the letters are not cut they are printed onto the backing that sticks to the panel. They wear very well, the only area where we have had a problem is where the edge of the label gets caught with a finger nail the edges lifts and the label starts to peel. This only happens of the label is by a switch or knob that is being regularly used.
