MZ 4222 should be 149 tooth starter. MZ4218 is the 122 tooth edition IIRC, and the 4220 is the CR 149 tooth for the LIO engines. Didn't look it up, but thats what I remember off the top of my head.

Webco had one for me for my Twin Comanche a couple of annuals ago - it is also 149 teeth www.webcoaircraft.com
