Here's the story behind this sale.
From 1997 to 2007 I successfully used Webco PMA'd fuel caps. Then something changed as the caps leaked through the top of the spindle. Several times, I sent them to Webco for help. After 4 years of working on this, I changed caps to the old thermos style.
Webco has tested all of these caps and were unable to make them fail.
