1964 PA-30 FOR SALE, FRESH DECEMBER ANNUAL

PA-30 N7446Y 5600TT airframe, white with two tone blue trim. Paint is a 6/10 or better. No hail damage and no corrosion. Glass is in real nice shape with a one piece windshield. Engines LEFT-1480SMOH RIGHT-950SMOH (all compressions were very good at annual) has gami fuel injectors installed. Nice clean interior with recent carpet and seat upholstery. Avionics are all functioning well, digital tachometers, dual Narco Mk-12D nav/coms with dual glideslopes, King GPS, Strikefinder 950, Narco AT-150 transponder with recent IFR certification. This particular PA-30 has the large dorsal fin installed which increases stability at VMC. It also has the vortex generator kit installed. Brand new heater was installed in 2011 and has less than 150 hrs on it since installed. Just went through a thorough annual by an IA who has worked on numerous comanches. A great deal of work was done to the the landing gear with many new bushing bought for it through webco. Many hours were spent to ensure that all AD's were researched and complied with.
