If the damage is limited to the skin, you might be able to get the existing aileron re skinned. Back in 2012we were unable to find a decent replacement aileron. We bought a new aileron skin from Webco and then Royal Aircraft Services at Hagerstown, MD re-skinned our damaged aileron. Skin was around $300 and the re-skinning/paint was around $1500 back in 2012.
