Pat, I assume that you have solved this issue by now since you posted in May, but there has been a PA30 exhaust stack on EBay for a few months.

However, I would not use an exhaust stack with years on it, so I would go to a facility in El Cajon, California which is run by an A&P and what they don is make brand new stainless exhaust stacks and reuse your collars, so it is classified as a repair. In other words, you get brand new quality and reuse the items which are not stressed so don't fail

eBay is the new parts store. Found a never-used Piper Tagged part. Installed by mechanic with new EGT hole and is running well.
