I believe it was a small Japanese make like Toyota or Infiniti.. Believe it or not I just took measurements and went from junker to junker to find it My upholstery guy did the rest after I found the headrest cage that worked for me. I wanted low profile ones so the back bench passengers didn't feel claustrophobic.
As I recall both the space between the headrest pins and diameter of pins were an issue. If you are re-doing seats too you can scavenge female headrest pin receptacles from the junk car seats as well. If you don't care about being able to adjust the headrests you can avoid all of the diameter issues and just have the upholsterer permanently attach the headrest to the back of the seat.
