McCauley 3 Blade Propeller for 260B - sourcing options?

I'm trying to chase down the facts on a McCauley 3 Blade Propeller for a 260B as I'm leaning towards one of these for my plane.

It appears as though there was an original STC for these on a 250 model and then later some sort of addendum to that STC that approved them for use on a 260.

I've talked to New England Propeller who apparently is the holder of the STC (and the addendum for the 260?) and would be happy to go that route but they are super proud of the propeller as indicated by the $12K price tag.

Are they really the only game in town?

I could be wrong but doesn't hartzel make a 3 blade for the 260B?
