PA-24-250 TURBO!

Hi everybody. I've got a 1960-1961 250 serial number 2363. I bought an IO-540-C1B5. I'm ready to install the stc'd turbo motor, but I don't have any of the turbo parts at all. I've talked to RaJay and bought the drawings. Does anybody know of a donor Comanche? Or a turbo kit that's sitting around? Thanks.

Hi there, did you find a solution? Do you think there are any other owners interested in buying turbo kits?
