High Fuel Flow....intermittent rough engine

I have a problem with my left engine on my 1966 Pa-30B. The fuel flow is noticeably higher on the left engine than the right engine at all power settings and gets progressively greater at higher settings. The engine intermittently runs rough/stumbles a few times than recovers to almost normal power. I had my A&P clean the fuel injectors (stock) and this helped for about 5 minutes but then it went back to the same symptoms. Has anybody had a similar circumstance with their aircraft? I am thinking of sending the fuel servo for overhaul. I did replace the fuel gauge with a new gauge. Thanks for any help!

Update to problem: It appears that the fuel divider had some rust contaminates so we cleaned it up and blew out the lines. Everything is working normally as of now. Thanks for all the help and ideas!
