PA-30 Landing Gear Electrical Schematic - Switch positions

I'm trying to read the Schematic in Figure 11-70a for the PA-30. Piper didn't tell us what the "status" of the airplane, landing gear and throttles are in the schematic.

Does anyone know what the position of the switches (AS SHOWN) are for:

Gear Selector Switch (schematic says DOWN)
Motor Arm Switch (appears to be in GEAR DOWN position)
Left, Right, & Nose Gear Limit Switches (appears to be GEAR DOWN and LOCKED)
Gear Safety Switch (NOT sure of this one; plane on ground or not?)
Throttle Switch-Either - (I'm guessing either throttle is CLOSED?)
Left & Right Throttle Switches - NOT SURE

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
