Rear Bukhead Repair

Was inspecting for a pre purchase and ran into a repair of the bulkhead (see pic). This damage was most likely due to a tail low landing incident. I am trying to understand if this repair is going to be an issue getting signed off moving forward?....I also posted on the Defi site for feedback. Just want some confirmation from an IA Comanche expert or someone with engineering experience to the integrity of the repair or how best to modify the repair if needed?...Thanks for your help...Nick
