Ain't no way Aretha!

I've done a ton of them [15 airplanes to date] and to post my time would be mis-leading to use as a guide for others who have yet to experience the pleasure.

However, I'll make an exception in your case because you are such an exceptional guy. When I tackle a conduit installation I prefer to arrive after removal of the seats and center floor sections; then it takes me 1-1/2 to 2 days usually. If there are no "issues" it goes quickly. If an airplane has suffered the rigors of mortis and I have to correct things, that's obviously extra time. Good advise, get someone who is familar or buy the manual. The manual will save tons of time, and it's brilliantly written :) [come on - laugh a little].

Remember the conduit installation requires lots of post-install adjustments. If the installer isn't familar you will pay for the learning curve or may not even get it done correctly; I've seen that too; right?

Hans Neubert produced a DVD on how to replace the Comanche gear conduit. You can order it from Hans for $25.00.

Even if you do not replace the conduit yourself the DVD is well worth having just for the knowledge of how the system works and how to maintain it.
