Where/how can I obtain a copy of Service Letter 782B regarding the landing gear inspection required by AD 77-13-21 (a). Thanks.

That service letter is on this website under the members section, technical section, service bulletins.
Someone else may know where the ADs are - I've had success googling them in the past
