250 stabilator leveling tool

Need the dimensions for the stabilator leveling tool, P/N 21333-00. I plan on fabricating it out of aluminum or hard wood ; but can't make out the dimensions in the service manual. Page 1H16, figure 5-13. Thanks, Ed.
