I have seen a reference to Piper SB1189 apparently relating to the torque tubes. I can't seem to find a copy anywhere. I would like to know what it says and get a copy if someone can get it for me.

SB 1189 has been written by Piper, but has not yet been made public. Until it is made public, Piper will not send out copies.
As currently written, it wants you to inspect the stabilator horn every 100 hours, unless you replace it with a new one, and then inspect every 1000 hours.
