I went out there one time. I imagine things have changed with the reporting system in place now. As far as the flight went. It was just another hop. You can get enough altitude to be able to make it to land almost all the time. The customs on their end will get up and leave at the end of their shift to go home and continue sleeping. Pretty laid back to say the least. Nice water. Take good dive equipment and if your Epirb goes off for some event just snorkel around the plane until the Marines arrive!...... :D
