George, there's an inspection guide / checklist in the Service Manual that covers everything to my knowledge. The SM can be downloaded from the ICS home page under tech pubs.

While we are asking, anyone have a checklist for a PA24-250? I am going into my first annual this week. It is my mechanic's first time annualling my plane as well. More help I can give him the better.

These would be nice to have in the download section of this website.
