I have owned my '65 PA24-260 (IO 540-D4A5) full LoPresti mods since 2001.
Is it: a) Possible or b) legal (STC, 337) to add an aftermarket TurboNormalized RayJay or equivalent kit?

Posting here is a good idea and I don't have the answer but I do have a suggestion... I'd call companies like Tornado Alley who make such kits for many aircraft (or check their website) and see if they have an STC kit for PA-24 aircraft...

Check out the current edition of the Flyer. There is a good article on doing this mod.
