After a year of waiting and researching i came across one that can be the "one"
I need help from you guys. Looking for someone to take a look at the pics , logs, hours and give me professional opinion about the aircraft.

There are a couple of folks in your neck of the woods that can probably help you out. Pat Barry is in the LA area... you can find him over on Delphi for sure... altho I think that he lurks here too. Kristin Winter is up in the Napa area, but I think she would travel if you wanted her to do a Pre-buy. Kristin will probably respond... but she runs the Delphi site so you can catch her there for sure.

I think you are taking the right approach to this. I prefer to review logs and pictures before traveling for a pre-buy. It sometimes avoids unnecessary travel. I can also give you a check out in the aircraft as well as I have done a ton of multiengine instruction and quite a bit in the Twin Comanche.
